San Pedro Café Caribbean Restaurant
The San Pedro Café opened for business on March 13, 2000 as a Carribbean-themed concept utliizing a large Wood-Fired Oven as our centerpiece to prepare fresh seafood, slow-smoked meats and vegetables, specialty pizzas and a variety of other culinary delights!

  • We are a non-smoking restaurant inside and out.
  • San Pedro is a town on the Island of Ambergris Caye, 40 miles off the mainland of Belize, Central America.
  • The aquarium is a 100 gallon salt water coral garden with reef and marine fish.
  • The table tops are made from a Belizean Tropical Hardwood, Jobilla. They were custom made in Belize.
  • The floor is made of porcelain.
  • Our table-top "staple", Marie Sharps Hot Sauce, is made in Belize.
  • The copper sun along with other artifacts in the restaurant where purchased at Maria Imports, who is no longer in business.
  • The building was built in the 1870's. Originally a bank, the building has a long history on Hudson’s main street. Many of the buildings original feature were maintained during the two year renovation, of what was once Mr. T's Bar.
  • Our desserts are all made in house.
  • Our signature drink is the Golden Margarita. Margarita mix is made daily from fresh squeezed limes.
  • We utilize our beautiful 2-tiered outdoor "tropical" patio in the warmer months, complete with a waterfall feature!
  • San Pedro Café was recognized by Wine Spectator magazine with it's "Award of Excellence" for it’s wine list.
